  • Migrated Hubspot contacts, lists, automations, sequences, reporting and assets to Account Engagement (Pardot)

  • Zoominfo leads were imported and targeted with personalized, automated engagement studio email journeys (including custom designed email templates and landing pages, built within Pardot)

  • As leads engaged with content and scored, they were moved across different journeys

  • Once a scoring threshold was reached, hot leads were MQL’d, synced with Salesforce CRM and routed to the BDR team for follow-up

  • Migrated existing email journeys and contact database from Mailchimp to Pardot, and integrated complex website demo and trial forms with Pardot
